Are there Any Restrictions?

To make sure that our Easy Payments & Interest Free Credit are right for you, there are some restrictions in place:

• Is 18 or older

• Is in permanent paid employment, self-employed, homemaker, retired and receiving a pension, working student in part time work or in receipt of a disability benefit

• Has been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years

• Has a debit or credit card in their name, which is registered to their address, to pay the deposit where applicable

• Has a Bank or Building Society current account available – this is required to complete the direct debit instruction

• Has an email address to receive the important information throughout the application process, including their signed credit agreement

Finance Terms and Conditions

• The interest free credit offered is subject to status. To be eligible to apply for finance you must be 18 or older, be either in regular employment or a homeowner and to have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other terms and conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. Your order will not be processed until the application has been completed and approved. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration number 956278), with our company being registered in England and Wales with registration number 00681674 and registered office at 222 Victoria Street, Grimsby, DN31 1BJ. We act as a credit broker and not the lender. We only offer financial products from Secure Trust Bank PLC T/A V12 Retail Finance. Credit is provided subject to age and status. Minimum spend applies. • Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received the producs from us then you will be liable to pay us in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply). Your loan payments will start only from the point when your order has been fully shipped to you.
